The PERRIN Performance Oil Cooler Kit for the 2017-2021 Honda Civic Type R lowers engine oil temperatures for both street and track use. By keeping oil within its ideal temperature range, the kit helps extend engine life while keeping horsepower consistent — most PERRIN oil cooler setups see a drop of approximately 15°-20°F at 7000 RPM.

  • Fits 2017-2021 Honda Civic Type R (USDM & Canadian models)
  • High-efficiency bar and plate oil cooler core (9.5 in. x 4.75 in. x 2.2 in.) maximizes heat dissipation without restricting oil flow
  • Integrated 85°C (185°F) thermostat in the PERRIN filter adapter — oil reaches optimum operating temperature before being released to the cooler
  • CNC-machined 6061 T6 aluminum mounting brackets bolt to existing holes in the OEM core support
  • Pre-assembled -10 Aeroquip hoses with anodized aluminum hose ends and industrial-grade Pyrojacket heat shielding
  • Adds 1 quart of oil capacity; includes PERRIN oil filter spacer and all hardware necessary for installation
  • PERRIN part number PHP-OIL-100
