What TPMS sensors do

TPMS sensors sit inside each wheel and report tire pressure to the car. Their batteries usually last many years but are not replaceable.

Signs you need new TPMS sensors

  • A tire pressure light that stays on with correct pressures
  • A flashing TPMS light (usually a sensor fault)
  • One tire that never shows a reading

How to choose

  • Match the frequency (often 315 MHz or 433 MHz) and the vehicle.
  • Many cars need a relearn procedure after fitting new sensors.

Every listing shows the makes, model years, engines and part numbers it is listed for. If you are not sure something fits, ask us before you order.

TPMS Sensors FAQ

Do new TPMS sensors need programming?
Many do, either a relearn on the car or programming with a TPMS tool. Some sensors come pre-programmed for specific vehicles.
What does a flashing TPMS light mean?
On most cars it means a sensor or system fault rather than low pressure.
